If you need a GP appointment (urgent or routine) or advice from a GP, we kindly ask that you submit an online request. Please give as much detail as you can as this helps get you to the right person within the right timescale.
If you are unable to complete an online request, please call the surgery and one of our receptionists will be happy to help.
The new system is designed to improve your access to appointments. It also means whether you submit an online request, call the surgery or visit reception at any of our three sites, your problem will be dealt with in the same way.
You can submit a request 0800 - 1700 Monday - Friday. Using the same online request form you can send admin queries and request 'sick notes'. There are also links to the various self referral services which you have access to within the area.
